Didn’t suit me and I’m bummed bc I was so excited about it. Bought it because I was thinking it could be a cool, versatile piece for Halloween.

So, this brand runs small. This is labeled a large, but I’m a small/4 usually and it fits in the waist, but roomy in the chest. A size down would be too small.
For reference MY measurements are bust: 34, waist 27, hips 36
THIS PIECE: laid flat is saying 17” which would be34, but I’m a B cup and I would say a C or D cup would be good. The way it’s made, there’s room for a bigger bust.
Waist: 13.5” laid flat, so 27”
Hips free
It cris crosses in front. Less of a dress, more of an overlay. Would be good with black leather leggings or black sequin shorts. If you are short like me, you can wear as a dress, but you will need to wear something under it that’s meant to be seen or that you don’t mind being seen.
It has a tag on the inside. I think I bought it from a seller with cats.
