This piece is in overall nice condition. There could be minor paint and or glitter flaws but I do not see any perceived damage or repairs (I noticed a minor glitter flaw on the back of the building that’s pictured). It is important for me to mention that the letters on top of The Who school do have glue on the bottom, where it goes into the building. I have seen other who schools with the glue, so I believe it is excess glue from when the factory was attaching it to the building. However, I wanted to photograph and mention it in case this is an issue.  Also, the box and Styrofoam do have heavy signs of wear. This includes heavy, creasing on the corners as well as residue from a sticker. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask. Thanks!
