When I first received this product the Monitor did not turn on at all, Contacted the company they sent a new monitor,
Second monitor turns on BUT you have to place your fingers on the screen to see anything, the response from the rep dealing with my problem was " I will present this to the proper personal to have this taken care of. " That was on March 19th no response or fix since, If you want to monitor your progress this product is definately NOT for you or me.
